# Leverancierskoppelvoorstellen

Het bijhouden van koppelingen tussen jouw eigen artikelen en de steeds veranderende catalogi van leveranciers kan een flinke klus zijn. Leverancierskoppelvoorstellen maken dit proces slim en grotendeels automatisch. Het is de 'matchmaker' tussen jouw magazijn en de buitenwereld.

#### Matching

Wanneer je een nieuwe catalogus inleest, gaat Powerall op zoek naar overeenkomsten. Op basis van artikelnummers, EAN-codes en omschrijvingen doet het systeem suggesties: "Dit product uit de catalogus lijkt erg op jouw artikel X". Je hoeft deze voorstellen alleen nog maar te controleren en te bevestigen.

#### Prijsafwijkingen

Een van de belangrijkste functies van het koppelvoorstel is het inzicht in prijsverschillen. Het systeem laat je direct zien waar de nieuwe catalogusprijs afwijkt van de inkoopprijs die jij momenteel in je systeem hebt staan.

* **Stijgingen**: Zie direct waar je marge onder druk staat.
* **Dalingen**: Profiteer van scherpere inkoopcondities. Je kunt filteren op de grootte van de afwijking, zodat je eerst de belangrijkste wijzigingen kunt verwerken.

#### Tips

Heb je honderden voorstellen? Met de bulkacties verwerk je grote groepen koppelingen tegelijk. Je kunt aangeven dat alle matches met een kleine prijsafwijking automatisch goedgekeurd mogen worden, terwijl je de grote verschillen handmatig controleert. Zo blijft jouw artikelbestand met minimale inspanning 100% up-to-date.
