Een kasrekening wordt vaak gebruikt voor het bijhouden van contant geld of PIN-transacties maar kan bijvoorbeeld ook worden gebruikt om (handmatig) de transacties van een creditcard te boeken. Een kasrekening is gekoppeld aan een grootboekrekening waarop het saldo wordt bijgehouden en bevat kastransacties. De grootboekrekening is verplicht. Een kasrekening aanmaken kan via het dashboard **Configuratie**, onder het kopje **Financieel** -> **Kasrekeningen**. ### Kasboekingen Binnen een kasrekening maak je **kasboekingen**. Een kasboeking kan een enkele transactie bevatten maar ook bijvoorbeeld alle transacties van een week of maand. Een kasboeking maak je op dashboard **Financieel**, via het knopje **Nieuwe kasboeking.** Bij een kasboeking kies je, net als bij de bank, voor een grootboekrekening of een factuur. Als je kiest voor een factuur wordt daar automatisch een betaling op geregistreerd. ### Journalisering Bij een banktransactie wordt per transactie een journaalpost gemaakt. Bij kastransacties werkt dit iets anders, deze worden per dag gegroepeerd op een enkele journaalpost. Heb je bijvoorbeeld een kasboeking met 10 transacties, waarvan 5 op dag 1 en 5 op dag 2 maakt het systeem 2 journaalposten. Deze journaalposten zijn gekoppeld en dus te zien bij de details van de kasboeking. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
