#### Memo

You can now also find the Memo of a Partner on a Work receipt. Here you can store important information about a customer.

#### SharePoint integration

You can now use a SharePoint integration in Powerall Online! With this integration, you can view a file folder (SharePoint folder) and add files to this folder at Partners, Machines and Items. Do you want to know how to set this up? Click [here](/en/configuration/sharepoint.md) for a step-by-step instruction.

<details>

<summary>Other improvements</summary>

**Quotes at partner:** If you looked via CRM at the “Quotes” tab of a selected partner, quotes from all partners were shown instead of only the quotes of that specific partner. This has been fixed.

**Margin:** The margin calculation for Work receipts was not completely correct yet. This calculation has now been corrected.

</details>

### May - Release 105

#### Margin

At the Work receipt totals you can now also view the margin. In addition, this can also be done per item line.

#### PDF preview

In the PDF preview of a Work receipt you can now choose whether you want to show the prepared materials and/or used materials.

<details>

<summary>Other improvements</summary>

**Payment term:** If cash was paid when paying an invoice directly and you then wanted to print this invoice, the payment term on that invoice was incorrect. There was a payment term of 0 days instead of ‘payment already settled’. This has been fixed.

</details>

### April - Release 104

#### Work receipt hour lines

When entering an hour line on the Work receipt that continued into the next day (for example 11:00–10:00), an overlapping hour line could still be added on that next day. This has been fixed.

#### Payment reminder

Around payment reminders, two things were fixed. The cumulative value behind a third payment reminder was incorrect. In addition, an invoice that has a partial payment was not included in the reminder. So this now works as it should again.

#### Payment link machine invoice

The payment link of a machine invoice could be set to show in the layout, but it was not visible on the actual machine invoice.

<details>

<summary>Other improvements</summary>

### April - Release 103

#### Delivery information Daf

Some time ago we already added a parts inquiry for Granit, now we have also done this for Daf. So you can request delivery information for Daf in the catalog browser. For example, you can request the price, stock, and delivery time of a certain item.

#### Purchase price

Selling a margin Service object did not go entirely well. When selling, and creating the corresponding journal entry, the purchase price was not taken into account. This has been fixed.

#### Warehouse location

Even if you had no stock, you could still fill in the warehouse location for items, but you could not find these locations back in the item overview. Now you can also tick and show the item location as a column.

<details>

<summary>Other improvements</summary>

**Würth OCI**: An OCI integration for Würth has been added.

**Service object sales orders**: The ‘Service object sales orders’ button showed all sales orders instead of only those with a Service object on them. This works as it should again.

**Layouts**: The signature was only shown if ‘Show prices’ was set to Yes. This has been fixed.

**Work receipt invoice fields**: When creating a Work receipt invoice, not all fields, except for the invoice date, were shown on the invoice.

**Brands**: You can now also find the ‘Brands’ section (of machines) under Configuration. Previously, you could only find this by entering it in the search field.

**Layout template**: You can now set layout templates per layout if you have not checked them as default.

</details>

### March - Release 102

#### Languages

In addition to the default language for your Administration, you can choose communication languages and a fallback language. The communication languages are used for layouts. Documents are generated based on the recipient's language and can only be generated if that language is selected in the Administration settings.

The fallback language is used for layouts when the recipient's language is not available as a default language or external communication language. This can be the same language as the default language.

#### Work receipt totals

You can now see the totals of the activities (materials and hours) and trips on the Work receipt at a glance. These totals exclude VAT. Do you want to see the totals including VAT? Then you can hover your mouse over the ℹ️ icon.&#x20;

<details>

<summary>Other improvements</summary>

**Importing:** You can now also import sales price agreements, so you do not have to enter them one by one.

**Inventory:** When creating a sales order, the stock of an item was not shown correctly, while when changing a sale this was shown correctly. This has been fixed.

**Sales unit:** The sales unit ‘bar’ has been added.

</details>

### March - Release 101

#### Delivery information Granit

For supplier Granit you can request delivery information in the catalog browser. For example, you can request the price, stock, and delivery time of a certain item.

#### Work type and hour estimate quote

When creating a quote, it is now mandatory to enter either a work type or an hour estimate. Previously, a work type was always required. Now an hour estimate alone is also sufficient, as long as one of the two fields is filled in.

<details>

<summary>Other improvements</summary>

**Machine quotes:** You can now cancel a created quote if no sales order has yet been made from it.

**Incorrect redirect to page**: When you were on a global page (for example sales price agreements), applied a filter, and then went to another pagination page (e.g. page 2 of the list), you were wrongly redirected to a specific detail page. This has been fixed.

**Results sales price agreements:** When you applied a filter to the sales price agreements, not all results were shown, even though all results were found. This too has been fixed.

**Export partner fields:** When exporting partner fields, it was not correctly indicated for all options whether it is mandatory or not. This has been corrected again.

#### Invoice hours

If you have marked a Work receipt as completed, you can set how you want the worked hours to be shown on the invoice. You can group the hour lines by activity, work type, week, date, or hour line. In addition, you can also indicate how you want the hour lines to be totaled. You can also adjust the actual hours you want to invoice and the rate.

#### Export option sales price agreements

You can create an export for almost all lists in Powerall Online. The list of sales price agreements did not yet have an 'Export' button. This has been added.

<details>

<summary>Other improvements</summary>

**Multilingualism:** Previously, we already made a number of layouts multilingual. From now on, the sales order is also available in English.

**EAN codes:** When importing lines in the sales order, EAN codes were not recognized, while they were found via separate searches with EAN code. Recognition has now been restored, so that items with a scanned EAN code are correctly via *Import lines* be added to the order.

**Payment provider:** When creating a payment provider, ledger accounts were shown that you are not allowed to choose, causing you to get a validation error when saving. This has been fixed and you now only see the accounts you are allowed to choose.

### February - Release 99

#### **Search in machines**

In the Machines search screen, only a number of machines were visible. Searching for the other machines did not work either and you could only search by description. Now you can find all machines again and there are more extensive search options.

#### Translation outgoing documents

Last time, a number of outgoing documents were already supported in English. From now on, this is also available for quotes.

#### Search items

When searching for items for a Work receipt, the full description often could not be read. Now, by hovering your mouse over the item, you can see what the full description of the item is.

#### Taking units over from supplier when linking supplier

Recently we made it so that the units are set correctly when creating an item, but this still did not work when you wanted to link a supplier to an existing item. Now, when creating a new item, the supplier is linked immediately.

<details>

<summary>Improvements</summary>

**App:**

* In the app, it is now indicated more clearly how much/what material you register on an order.
* From now on, the work order number is also visible in the Powerall app, so that this number can for example be used as a reference.

**Open items:** From now on, the outstanding items list is sorted alphabetically.

**Payment batch:** When creating a payment batch, you can see at the top of the table how many items have been selected and what the total amount of this batch is.

</details>

### January - Release 98

#### Order types

You can set order types on Work receipts. For example, whether it is billable or not. You can set these for the entire Work receipt, the activity or per line. For materials, hours and trips, this could previously only be specified per line.

#### Translation outgoing documents

The following outgoing documents are now also supported in English:

* Sales invoice
* Delivery
* Payment reminder

<details>

<summary>Improvements</summary>

**Order information:** The order information on consolidated invoices is now shown consistently.

**EAN code:** If an item has an EAN code in the catalog and you were linking existing items, then the EAN code was not copied to the items. The result was that people in the store could not scan the items with the product barcode (this is therefore not a Powerall label). The product barcode is often a presentation of the EAN number. If you created an item via Powerall, filled in the purchase data but did not use the catalog screen to take over the item, then the EAN was not copied to the item.

**Signature on tablet:** On a tablet, signing off worked awkwardly. The line started far away from your mouse. In addition, the field was also very large on a tablet; both of these issues have been fixed.

**Discount on sales order:** The discount on a sales order was not shown on the sales order PDF. This has been fixed.

<figure><img src="/files/7c61501cee9239558d31db6abc62d5c97de4b83a" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Outbox improved

If sending an email fails, you will now see a task for it in the task list. If you click it, you go to the outbox, where you can archive the email to send a new email, or you can resend the email. You can still adjust the recipient's email address.

#### Block access if not paid

When the invoice for Powerall Online is about to expire, you will see a warning as the license administrator, with an option to pay immediately. The other users will not notice anything. If the invoice due date has passed, access to Powerall Online is blocked. Once the license administrator has made the payment, you can use Powerall again.

#### New sales units

You can now also use ‘week’ and ‘month’ as sales units.

<details>

<summary>Improvements</summary>

**Periodic work:** the periodic work on a machine was not shown correctly if the next date was missing. This has been fixed. Also, when you complete the periodic work for a machine and enter a new date, this is not updated everywhere. This too has been fixed.

**App:** if you click an address in the app, Apple Maps opens for Apple devices and Google Maps for Android devices.

**Contact persons:** when entering a contact person, it is no longer only the last name that is required. From now on, either the first name or the last name is required.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.powerall.app/en/general/release-notes/2026.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
