# Automatisch bezahlen

Mit der automatischen Zahlung kannst du eine SEPA-Zahlungsdatei erstellen, um Zahlungsaufträge für alle deine gebuchten Rechnungen auf einmal bei deiner Bank einzureichen. Das machst du über **Offene Eingangsrechnungen** (Dashboard **Kreditoren**). Das System wählt automatisch alle Rechnungen aus, die dafür in Frage kommen. Wenn du eine Rechnung noch nicht einbeziehen möchtest, kannst du sie einfach abwählen.

Mit der Schaltfläche **Batch erstellen** über der Tabelle erstellst du einen Batch. Wenn alles korrekt ist, kannst du bei dem Batch die Datei herunterladen und bei der Bank einreichen.

Die Bank gibt die Zahlung auch als Batch auf deinem Kontoauszug zurück, und somit auch bei den Banktransaktionen in Powerall Online. Bei einem Batch, der von Powerall erstellt wurde, wird der Batch beim Abrufen der Transaktionen direkt verknüpft. Dadurch wird der Batch als bezahlt markiert.
