# Gutschriften

In Powerall kannst du eine Verkaufsrechnung ganz einfach gutschreiben, wenn du zum Beispiel einen Fehler gemacht hast oder die gelieferten Teile zurückgeschickt werden.

Beim Gutschreiben bucht das System die Beträge automatisch auf das richtige Hauptbuchkonto zurück. Die Gutschrift und die Verkaufsrechnung werden außerdem miteinander verrechnet.

Beim Gutschreiben kannst du aus den folgenden Optionen wählen:

* **Nur gutschreiben:** Es wird automatisch eine Gutschrift erstellt. Die ursprünglichen Aufträge bleiben unverändert
* **Partner ändern:** Die Verkaufsrechnung wird gutgeschrieben. Der Partner auf dem Auftrag wird geändert, wobei automatisch eine neue Verkaufsrechnung mit dem neuen Partner erstellt wird
* **Aufträge erneut öffnen:** Die Verkaufsrechnung wird gutgeschrieben. Zugehörige Aufträge werden wieder geöffnet, sodass du als Benutzer die Aufträge selbst anpassen und erneut fakturieren kannst. Diese Option bietet maximale Flexibilität, damit du als Benutzer eventuelle Fehler im Auftrag beheben und erneut fakturieren kannst.
