# Merkmale und Tags
### Merkmale
Für Artikel, Partner und Maschinen kannst du eigene Merkmale anlegen. Es gibt aber auch Standardmerkmale. Ein Merkmal für eine Maschine ist zum Beispiel der Kraftstoff, den sie verwendet, wie in der Abbildung unten.
### Tags
An viele Elemente in Powerall Online kannst du sogenannte „Tags“ verknüpfen. Ein Tag ist nicht mehr als ein Etikett, mit dem du bestimmte Dinge zusammenhalten kannst. In den Übersichtsbildschirmen kannst du nach Elementen mit (oder ohne) einem bestimmten Tag filtern.
Wie du das einsetzt, bleibt ganz dir überlassen, aber es lassen sich natürlich eine Reihe nützlicher Beispiele denken. So kannst du einem Tag „Winterbeurt“ mit allen Arbeitsaufträgen verknüpfen, die du im Rahmen des Winterservices angelegt hast, oder einen Tag „Lohnunternehmer“ mit allen Lohnunternehmern. Durch das Kombinieren mehrerer Tags kannst du ganz einfach eigene Auswertungen erstellen.
Um einen Tag zu erstellen, gehst du zu dem Element, mit dem du den Tag verknüpfen möchtest (zum Beispiel ein Partner) und klickst auf „Tag hinzufügen“. Hier kannst du aus bereits vorhandenen Tags wählen oder direkt einen neuen Tag definieren.
