# Automatisch betalen

Met automatisch betalen kun je een SEPA-betaalbestand aanmaken om betaalopdrachten voor al je ingeboekte facturen in een keer aan te bieden bij je bank. Dit doe je vanuit **Openstaande inkoopfacturen** (dashboard **Crediteuren**). Het systeem selecteert automatisch alle facturen die in aanmerking komen. Als je een factuur nog niet wilt meenemen kun je deze eenvoudig uitvinken.

Met de knop **Batch aanmaken** boven de tabel maak je een batch aan. Als alles goed staat kun je bij de batch het bestand downloaden en aanbieden bij de bank.

De bank geeft de betaling ook als batch terug op je bankafschrift, en dus ook bij de banktransacties in Powerall Online. Bij een batch die door Powerall is aangemaakt wordt de batch direct gekoppeld bij het ophalen van de transacties. Hierdoor wordt de batch gemarkeerd als betaald.
